Self-Ligating Brackets
These are the most used brackets thanks to the efficiency and comfort. they don´t use ligatures which lower the friction y speed up the treatment.
Advantages: Possibility of more spaced appointments, therefore fewer total appointments (every 45-60 days); possibility of faster treatments (30% less total time of treatment); faster appointments reducing the chair time; smooth, rounded edges; absence of ligatures that retain bacterial plaque; clean design without opening and closing mechanisms.
These brackets make dental movements less traumatic, less prolonged and more precise.
